About
Julia Starkey
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2011. Over the years, I’ve guided classes across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast in a variety of styles including hatha, vinyasa, gentle flow, power yoga, yin, and restorative.
My classes are creative and nurturing — grounded in breath, movement, and self-awareness.
As a mum of three, yoga continues to be a source of steadiness and connection in my everyday life. I’ve also studied Vipassana meditation, and in 2024 completed further training in Yoga for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Body Image — an experience that continues to shape the way I hold space.
I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
