What to Expect

Gently stretch, move, and relax at your own pace. All levels are welcome.

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Build strength, improve flexibility and balance, and calm your nervous system through flowing movements.

  • Guided Breathwork (Pranayama) – Cultivate mental clarity and a sense of calm with focused breathing techniques.

  • 10-Minute Rest (Savasana) – Enjoy deep relaxation and recovery in a peaceful, restorative pose.

  • Optional Head Massage & Eye Pillows – With your consent, experience a soothing head massage using essential oils for mindful relaxation. Handmade lavender eye pillows are also available to enhance your rest.

  • 60 minutes of energising and grounding vinyasa yoga

  • 5 minutes of calming guided breathwork

  • 10 minutes of deep relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and restored

Guidance from an Experienced Teacher
With over a decade of teaching experience, Julia has been sharing the gift of yoga since 2011. She creates a nurturing and inclusive environment, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and completely at ease throughout your practice.

Coming to class

This class is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to those with a regular yoga practice.

  • What to bring: Please bring your own mat. Spare mats and blocks are available to borrow if needed.

  • No bookings required: Simply drop in! Doors open 10 minutes before class.

  • For new students: Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a quick registration form and settle into your relaxation space.

Our Sunday classes generally run in term blocks aligned with the Queensland school calendar - please refer to my website for accurate class dates.

Pricing

  • Intro Offer: $30 for 2 classes (valid within the Term 2 block, new students only)

  • Drop-in Class: $20 per class

  • 5-Class Pack: $85 (valid for 3 months, non-refundable)
