About Julia’s Mini Yoga Retreats
Spend 2.5 hours delving into nourishing yoga practices, meditation and journaling. Each retreat is themed and offers deep reflection and relaxation.
All retreats include a delicious afternoon tea of seasonal fruits, homemade bliss balls, and organic herbal teas.
No experience needed — all bodies and levels are warmly welcome.
Led by experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, Julia Starkey (read more about Julia’s background and teaching style).
What to Expect
Gentle flow + deeply relaxing yin yoga
Guided meditation to ground and centre
Yoga Nidra (a dreamy guided body scan inviting deep rest or ‘yogic sleep’)
Time to journal, reflect, and set intentions for the new year
Herbal teas, bliss balls, fruit, and a supportive community space
What to Bring
Your yoga mat (or borrow one of mine)
A cushion/pillow
Any yoga props you may have (not essential)
A notebook or journal (optional)
Water bottle
