About Julia’s Mini Yoga Retreats

Spend 2.5 hours delving into nourishing yoga practices, meditation and journaling. Each retreat is themed and offers deep reflection and relaxation.

All retreats include a delicious afternoon tea of seasonal fruits, homemade bliss balls, and organic herbal teas.

No experience needed — all bodies and levels are warmly welcome.

Led by experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, Julia Starkey (read more about Julia’s background and teaching style).

What to Expect

  • Gentle flow + deeply relaxing yin yoga

  • Guided meditation to ground and centre

  • Yoga Nidra (a dreamy guided body scan inviting deep rest or ‘yogic sleep’)

  • Time to journal, reflect, and set intentions for the new year

  • Herbal teas, bliss balls, fruit, and a supportive community space

What to Bring

  • Your yoga mat (or borrow one of mine)

  • A cushion/pillow

  • Any yoga props you may have (not essential)

  • A notebook or journal (optional)

  • Water bottle
