Take a nourishing pause to welcome the energy of Spring. This afternoon mini retreat offers a gentle space to unwind, reflect, and reset.

No experience needed β€” all bodies and levels are warmly welcome.

Led by experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, Julia Starkey (read more about Julia’s background and teaching style).

What to Expect

  • Gentle flow + deeply relaxing yin yoga

  • Guided breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system

  • Meditation to ground and centre

  • Yoga Nidra (a dreamy guided body scan inviting deep rest or β€˜yogic sleep’)

  • Time to journal, reflect, and set intentions for the season ahead

  • Herbal teas, bliss balls, fruit, and a supportive community space

What to Bring

  • Your yoga mat (I have a few mats available to borrow if needed)

  • A cushion/pillow

  • Any yoga props you may have (not essential)

  • A notebook or journal (optional)

  • Something warm and cozy for the rest practices (blanket, socks, layers)
