About Julia’s Mini Yoga Retreats

Spend 2.5 hours delving into nourishing yoga practices, meditation and journaling. A beautiful way to rest, relax and receive.

All retreats include homemade bliss balls and organic herbal teas and time to connect with our welcoming, friendly yoga community.

No experience needed — all bodies and levels are warmly welcome.

Led by experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, Julia Starkey (read more about Julia’s background and teaching style).

What to Expect

  • Gentle vinyasa flow yoga + relaxing yin yoga

  • Guided meditation to ground and centre

  • Yoga nidra (guided journey of mental imagery & body scanning)

  • Time for reflection and optional journaling

  • Warm and iced herbal teas, bliss balls and a supportive community space

What to Bring

  • Your yoga mat (or borrow one of mine)

  • A cushion/pillow, light blanket or scarf for rest

  • Any yoga props you may have (not essential)

  • A notebook or journal (optional)

  • Water bottle
